Plex Media Server for ARMv7 and ARM64

I repackage the official armv7 release of the Plex Media Server (PMS) for Debian and Debian based distributions. So you are able to use PMS on your Raspberry Pi 2/3, ODROID C2 and many other devices. Please visit the main Raspberry Pi thread in the official Plex forum for support.
